I have been a Massage Therapist for over 3 1/2 decades. I came into the profession with an injury and massage helped me immensely. My experience has confirmed that releasing tense muscles, tendons and ligaments helps settle nerves and the pain that accompanies these conditions. The increased circulation this creates helps the body do what it does best....Heal and be in Balance. I incorporate many modalities and techniques. Each massage is customized to the individual. I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage. I am trained in Cupping and it can be a useful tool to further enhance the results of massage. I feel blessed to be a Massage Therapist and want to pass on what I have received.
