I have been a massage therapist for over 30 years. My goal is to provide a nurturing environment where clients feel heard and supported. I utilize a blend of techniques, including German Nerve Response Technique and myofascial release, to create personalized treatments for lasting relief and recovery.

I have worked as an independent contractor for several spas around Sioux Falls & had my massage business as Bridget’s Massage and Bodywork in my home before moving to a spa location. I do out call for hospice and other specialty events
